Service

ToDent provides service that goes behind your front door. That is what ToDent stands for. So if something goes wrong in your experience, no matter what or how long ago it is, always contact us at the slightest displeasure, because we guarantee you that we do our best to realize 100% customer satisfaction.

We are open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Friday 9.00 - 16.30.

ToDent guarantees the quality of its products. If you are for some reason dissatisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service.

Payment & invoice

You don't have to take any action because every two weeks on Monday our system automatically refunds all overpaid invoices and double payments. If you prefer to have the excess amount refunded immediately, please contact us because that is of course also a possibility.
Payment via direct debit is possible. Contact us and state your dental practice data and also the bank account of which you will be debited automatically. You will then receive a return form which you will have to sign and email back to us.

We work with an automatic shipping / invoicing system. When you place an order you will normally receive it the next working day, and the day after that you will automatically receive the invoice around 2:00 pm when your order has the status delivered. So in case you received the invoice but you didn't receive your order something went wrong. In that case always contact us so we can find out what went wrong.

If you have not paid the original invoice yet, you can settle it with the credit note. In case you have already paid the original invoice the amount of the credit note will automatically be refunded within 10 working days. If you want to receive your refund sooner please contact us.

Order & Delivery

We do not have a minimum order amount.
We no longer deliver on Friday since the end of 2019. Many customers do not want deliveries on Fridays because of their opening times. As a result, the number of packages leaving our warehouse on a Thursday is significantly lower than the other working days. However, a truck drives for it. From a sustainability point of view, we have therefore chosen to send orders on Thursdays with the Friday truck. That saves 52 truck trips per year!

Pay attention! Orders on Thursday and Friday are delivered the following week on Monday.

When total order value is below 75 euros ex VAT  we kindly request a contribution to the shipping costs of 6.95 euros ex VAT (€8,14 incl. VAT).
When you only order gloves or face masks the following applies:

1-9 boxes

10-19 boxes
4,50 euro shipping costs
20 boxes
no shipping costs
21-29 boxes
4,50 euro shipping costs
30 +no shipping costs

You can change/cancel an order, if the order has not been shipped yet. If this is the case please contact us ASAP.

All webshop orders are confirmed by e-mail by us. If you haven't received this confirmation (don't forget to check your spam folder), please contact us.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us before you return anything. You will receive from us a return number. Products will be credited if they meet the following conditions:

  • All returns must be made within 14 calendar days after the invoice date;
  • The product should not be used;
  • The product should be returned in the undamaged original packaging suitable for resale;
  • The product should be packed solid and well to avoid damage during shipping.

Delivery in other countries is possible but not through this webshop. In this case please contact us.

Other questions

You can order simple products such as gloves, a face mask or a mouth mirror . We do not supply professional products to private individuals.

If you are considering to treat yourself (or a pet) like removing tartar or any other professional dental procedure, we strongly advise you to contact a dental health care professional. When you treat yourself, the chances are very high that you only harm yourself. We only supply professional instruments to dental health care professionals.

If a device purchased from ToDent is broken or needs maintenance, please contact us. The product will be picked up from you by our courier and transported to our dental service point in Nijmegen.

When you are in possession of ToDent handpieces we provide to you the service to have your other brands of handpieces also maintenanced at our service point.

If your ToDent Tornado handpieces need maintenance, please contact us. The handpiece(s) will be picked up by our courier and brought to our dental service point in Nijmegen. Our service point will contact you and discuss the costs for repair before anything is done. Afterwards the handpieces will be returned to your practice again by our courier.
